Every participant signs before taking part: at home in the guest portal or on a tablet at the desk. For anyone younger than the age you set, a parent or guardian signs.

Surf, sailing and dive schools, outdoor businesses and anyone who has a risk statement signed beforehand.

Paper forms on a clipboard at the start: one is always missing, and finding one when you need it takes an afternoon.

A digital signature sits with the booking, with the version of the text and the moment of signing. Who still has to sign, you see at a glance.

how it works

  1. Write the text

    The administrator writes the waiver per language and publishes it. After the first signature the text is fixed; a change becomes a new version.

  2. Link it

    Choose per activity which waiver has to be signed.

  3. Sign

    Every participant signs in the guest portal, or on a tablet at the desk with a link that works for 60 minutes.

  4. Check

    Per booking you see who signed. The info emails remind the guest, and staff see in their app whether a participant signed.

  5. Keep

    Each signature records who signed and as whom, when, on which device and which version in which language. You download it as a PDF.

questions and answers

Can anyone change or delete a signature?
No, not even an administrator. A participant who signed can no longer be deleted.
Does everyone sign again after a change?
You choose that when you publish the new version. Switch on signing again for a change that matters.
Until when can a participant sign?
Until the end of the last day of the booking, also for a course over several days.
Are old waivers deleted automatically? coming soon
You record the retention period in the settings. Deleting automatically after that period is in development.
