About Superota
Superota is a booking and staff system for small businesses with activities, courses and rental. Strila builds and maintains it.
what it is
Guests book and pay online, the office schedules the team and staff see their schedule in their own app. The booking and the team that runs it are in one system, from the deposit to the payroll export.

who makes it
Superota is a product of Strila, a Dutch company that builds and maintains websites and software for business owners. Strila develops Superota, rolls it out and keeps it up to date.
who it is for
For the owner or manager of a small business with up to about 40 staff, often partly freelance, seasonal or on call: workshop studios, surf, sailing and dive schools, outdoor businesses with rental, team outing providers and anyone who sells a service, in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria.
where it runs
Every customer gets a private environment with its own database. The servers are in the EU, at Hetzner in Germany. Payments run through the customer’s own Stripe account.
