Staff, schedule and own app

what it solves

A schedule in Excel does not know who booked, and WhatsApp does not know who has time off.

Here the assignment sits on the booking itself. Staff see the participants, the meeting point and their colleagues, and the office sees which lessons still have nobody.

how it works

1. Season planning

   A calendar per week with, per day, the lessons with guests, how many still need someone and who is free.

2. Staffing proposal

   Per lesson the best fit: the required skills, taught this guest before, the language asked for and a fair spread over the week. You check and assign, or drag someone onto a lesson.

3. Staff app

   Staff sign in with a link by email and put the app on their home screen. Today shows time, meeting point, colleagues and participants, also without signal.

4. Updates

   Every change in time, place or assignment shows in the app straight away, with the old and the new value.

5. Time off

   Staff report time off in the app, at least 7 days ahead and at a moment they are free. It is recorded at once; the office sees it and can remove it.

Is the staff app in the App Store?

It is a web app staff put on their home screen. It opens like an app and Today stays readable without signal.

What do staff see of the guests?

Names, age, language, experience, medical notes and the answers meant for them. They do not see prices, payments or guest email addresses.

Does it handle certificates?

Yes. Skills and certificates have a valid-until date, and an expired certificate gives a warning in the proposal.

What does a staff member cost?

Two active staff members are in the base, each next one costs € 19 a month. Anyone switched off costs nothing.
