Who it is for
Businesses with tourists and expats as guests, or with a team that does not all speak Dutch.
what it solves
A guest who cannot read the booking page books elsewhere. And a seasonal worker from abroad misses half of what is in a Dutch-only app.
Here every guest, staff member and office user has their own language, and the lesson language a guest asks for counts in the planning.
how it works
Guests
The booking pages open in the language of the link from your site or of the browser. The guest switches language at the bottom without losing anything and chooses the language of their emails.
Your offer
Names, descriptions, questions, the waiver and the info emails are written per language.
Lesson language
The guest picks the language they want their lesson in, from the languages you offer. The staffing proposal looks for someone who speaks it.
Staff
The staff app is in English and Dutch. Each staff member chooses, or follows the language of their phone.
Office
Each user chooses the language of their own backoffice.
questions and answers
- Which languages can guests book in?
- English and Dutch. The system is built to add languages; German is not translated yet.
- Is the backoffice fully in Dutch? coming soon
- The menu, the dashboard and the settings are in Dutch, the forms and tables still in English. The full translation is in development.
- What if the staff member does not speak the lesson language?
- Then the guest gets an email by itself with the languages the staff member does speak, and an invitation to reply if that is a problem.
