Here the system creates the hours from what was planned. You only correct what differs.

Generate hours
One click creates a time entry per lesson day of each assignment for a period. Running it again doubles nothing.
Correct
Change the minutes or add a loose entry; it is marked as manual.
Approve
Approve entries one by one or a whole page at once.
Export
A monthly overview in Excel with, per staff member, the lesson days, hours and rate, or a CSV with exactly the entries you filter.

- Do staff enter their own hours?
- No, the hours come from the schedule. The office corrects what differs.
- Is there a link with my payroll software?
- The export is a file for your payroll administration or accountant. A direct link with payroll software does not exist yet.
- What does it cost?
- Hours and payroll export is a paid extra of € 19 a month, switched on and off per month.
