Day booking and time slots per staff member

Some things are booked per day, others per hour with someone. Both work: a day with a ceiling on places, or a time slot that comes from your team’s schedule.

Runs on the Calendar linein the € 119 monthly base

Who it is for

Outdoor businesses with open days, private lessons, coaches and guides, and anyone who works by appointment.

what it solves

Days without a fixed edition get overbooked when nobody watches the ceiling. And planning a private lesson over WhatsApp is three rounds of who can when.

With a day booking the guest picks a day on a calendar. With a time slot they only see the times when someone is really free.

how it works

  1. Day booking

Set a maximum number of places per day; 0 closes a day. With a closed calendar a service is only open on the days you choose.

  2. Time slot

Choose the duration, the interval between times, a buffer before and after and how short notice a booking may be.

  3. Who chooses

The guest picks a staff member with the time, you assign later, or the system picks the best fit on confirmation.

  4. From the schedule

Free times come from each staff member’s working hours plus extra availability, minus time off and other assignments. Two guests never get the same person at the same time.

questions and answers

Can staff open extra times themselves?
Yes, they add extra availability in their app. Guests can then book in that window.
What does the guest see of the staff member?
When the guest chooses, they only see the first names of who is free.
What if two guests want the same time?
Whoever confirms first gets it. The other picks a new time and keeps everything they filled in.
