Cancellation terms
Choose flexible, moderate or strict, or set per period what the guest pays. When a guest cancels, the system works out what that means.
Runs on the Money linein the € 119 monthly base
Who it is for
Anyone who wants to be clear with guests about late cancellations and not be left empty-handed.
what it solves
Terms that only live in the small print lead to arguments, and working out what a guest owes on day 9 takes time every time.
Here the guest sees the table on the last step and in the email after booking. The office gets a proposal with the amount for every cancellation.
how it works
Template
Flexible is free until 48 hours before the start. Moderate asks 25, 50 and 100 percent, strict 50, 75 and 100 percent.
Adjust
Move the four boundaries (by default 60, 28 and 7 days and 48 hours) and choose a percentage or the deposit per period.
Per service
A service follows the terms of your business or gets its own.
Cancel
Fill in when the guest’s message arrived and read the proposal: the period, what the guest pays, what was paid and what goes back.
questions and answers
- Does the system refund automatically?
- No. The proposal is a proposal: you decide and refund with the button on the payment, through Stripe.
- Which terms count when I change them later?
- By default the terms the guest saw when booking. You can also choose the terms as they are now.
- What is in the cancellation email to the guest?
- The booking, the date and what the guest paid, with the promise that you will be in touch. The email names no refund amount.
