Invoices and VAT per country
A booking that is paid in full gets an invoice by itself, with the VAT of your country. Your accountant gets a copy.
Runs on the Money linein the € 119 monthly base
Who it is for
Any business in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or Austria that invoices guests or companies.
what it solves
Making invoices by hand from a booking list goes wrong, especially for a package with a part at another rate.
Here the invoice follows from the booking: the right rate per line, what was already paid and the next number in line.
how it works
Rates
Choose your country and fill in its VAT rates with one click. You check them with the tax authority and confirm; only then do they count.
Per service
Every service and option picks a rate. A package with a part at another rate, such as accommodation, gets a line per part.
By itself
When a booking is paid in full the system issues the invoice and emails it in the language of the booking. Need one earlier? Issue it yourself after a PDF preview.
Accountant
Fill in your accountant’s address and they get a copy of every invoice, in a fixed language.
Companies
An invoice to a company is in the company’s name, with its VAT number and purchase order.
questions and answers
- Can I change an invoice afterwards?
- No. An issued invoice keeps the details, rates and payment term it was made with. That is why you preview first.
- Does it work with a small business VAT exemption?
- Yes. The invoice then shows the total with the fixed text the law of your country asks for.
- Is there a link with my accounting software?
- Invoices go to your accountant as a PDF. A link with accounting software does not exist yet.
- Can the invoice show reverse-charge VAT? coming soon
- Reverse-charge VAT on the invoice is planned for later.
