what it solves
Business bookings often run outside the system: a quote in Word, an invoice by hand, names arriving by email the day before.
Here it is one track: quote, booking and invoice to the company, with a contact person who adds the names.
how it works
For a company
On every activity the guest ticks that they book for a company and fills in the company name, billing address and optionally VAT number and purchase order. An EU VAT number is checked with VIES.
On invoice
Per activity you choose whether companies pay by invoice. The booking arrives as a request, you confirm and the invoice goes to the company.
Names later
The contact person adds the missing names in the guest portal, up to the number on the booking.
Quote
Make a quote with a line per activity and date, at the agreed price. The guest gets a PDF with the VAT per line and per rate.
Accept
Record the guest’s acceptance and the system makes all bookings at once, at the amounts of the quote.

- Can the guest accept a quote online? coming soon
- For now the guest says yes by email or phone and you record it. Accepting online is planned.
- Does a sent quote hold places?
- No. Other guests can keep booking the dates until the quote is accepted.
- Does a business booking expire when unpaid?
- No, a booking for a company keeps its places until it is paid, cancelled or declined.
- Can time slots and rentals go on a quote?
- Not yet. Editions and day bookings can.
