Fixed editions and series

A workshop every Tuesday evening, a five-day surf camp or a course every other week: you set up the series once and the system creates the editions.

Runs on the Calendar linein the € 119 monthly base

Who it is for

Workshop studios, schools with courses and camps, and anyone with a fixed programme.

what it solves

Creating every date by hand is work that is never done, and a new start time has to be changed in twenty places.

With a series the dates are there by themselves, as far ahead as guests may book. Each edition has its own number of places, a waiting list and a participant list.

how it works

  1. Set up a series

Choose the days, every how many weeks, the start time, the duration, the days per edition and the capacity.

  2. Editions appear

The editions are there at once and every night the system adds the new dates. An edition you already planned by hand joins the series.

  3. Change

A new time or capacity goes to all future editions. An edition with bookings only changes when you approve it; more places go through at once.

  4. Skip or move

Cancel one date or move it to another day. The series leaves it alone from then on.

  5. Split

Divide a large edition into groups, each with its own staff member.

questions and answers

Can an edition last several days?
Yes. An edition over several days ends on its last day, and staff see in their app which day it is.
Can a guest book several weeks in a row?
Yes, for a camp that runs every week. The guest picks the number of weeks and the first week, and the next weeks follow.
How does the waiting list work?
When an edition is full, the guest joins the waiting list. Who moves up when a place comes free, you decide.
