In the system every card has a code, a balance and a validity. You see on which bookings it was used.

Issue
Fill in the amount, the validity and optionally who it is for and a message. You get a code to give to the buyer.
Redeem
The guest types the code on the last step. When the card covers everything due now, the booking is confirmed straight away.
Balance
Per card you see the amount, the balance and the status: active, used up, expired or revoked.
Put back
When a booking expires unpaid, the amount goes back on the card by itself. For a cancellation you decide.
