Superota and BookingLayer

BookingLayer is built for surf camps, retreats and dive centres that sell accommodation and activities together. Businesses that mainly plan their team around the bookings find that in Superota.

in short

Both sell activities online with a deposit. BookingLayer puts beds and activities in one booking and has a channel manager. Superota puts the schedule, time off and an app for the team next to the booking.

questions and answers

Can I sell accommodation with Superota?
A package with an overnight stay works, with its own VAT line for the stay. Managing rooms and beds as stock is not what Superota does; that is BookingLayer’s focus.
What does BookingLayer cost?
BookingLayer works with a monthly fee built per business; its pricing page gives examples of € 260 and € 410 a month (read on 5 November 2026).
Does Superota schedule instructors?
Yes. The office plans per lesson, the system proposes who fits, and the instructor sees the schedule in their own app.
